St. Helena Elementary School Principal - 05/31/09

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall vision and success of the school program. The Principal will work with students, staff and community to provide a school climate that promotes student learning and achievement. Working with the Superintendent and other administrators, the Principal will assist in providing leadership for the entire district.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Valid California Administrative Services credential. Previous experience as an elementary-level administrated; academic background in elementary level education. Bilingual (Spanish) and International Baccalaureate experience preferred.

WORK YEAR: 207 days
SALARY: Appropriate salary schedule placement
HOURS: Full time, 5 days a week
START DATE: 2009-10
DEADLINE: Immediate/open until filled
