Synopsis

IB Diploma Category 1 workshops are for teachers and schools new to the IB Programme. They are structured to provide a gerneral introduction to the Diploma Programme, to increase the ease of application and authorization, and to enable schools and teachers to be successful in the early years of implementation. Category 2 workshops are for teachers who have completed Category 1 training and who teach in authorized schools that have begun to implement the IB.

Registration Notes:

  • Payment for both the resort and the conference go directly to Granlibakken (see end of registration form)
  • The resort fee includes all meals – including dinner and happy hour each day
  • I suggest that if you have more than one participant from your school, that you rent a car at the Reno Airport. The beauty of Lake Tahoe is spectacular and you will want to do some touring
